14-day return

The consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise the right of withdrawal from the receipt of the product (NOT POSSIBLE FOR BUSINESSES).

The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, with its original packaging and labeling. Returns cannot be accepted if the supplied products have clearly been used or if the brand packaging has been unsealed in any way. Please consider whether you are truly interested in the product before using it.

If your product arrives with noticeable transportation damage, please contact us within 12 hours so that we can address the issue.

The product must retain all the accessories that were included and are specific to the brand, along with its original packaging.

When the return is due to withdrawal, OUTLET PC will only refund the product amount and not the transportation cost, as this is offset by the subsequent pickup service.
