This document (as well as any other document referred to herein) governs the conditions that regulate the use of the Site and the purchase or acquisition of products and/or services on it (hereinafter, the Terms).
For the purposes of these Terms, it is understood that the activity carried out by OUTLET PC through the Site includes: the sale of IT products and home and/or kitchen appliances.
Merely accessing the Site grants the person who does so the status of user. Before accessing, browsing and/or using this website, the user must have read the Legal Notice, including the cookie policy, as well as OUTLET PC’s privacy and data protection policy.
By using the Site or by placing and/or requesting the purchase of a product and/or service through it, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and all of the foregoing.
These Terms may be amended. The user is responsible for reviewing them each time they access, browse and/or use the Site, as those in force at the time the purchase of products and/or services is requested will apply.
If you have any questions regarding these Terms, you can contact OUTLET PC using the contact details indicated above or, where applicable, via the contact form.
The content on the Site may, on occasion, include provisional information about certain offers, services or products. If the information provided does not match the characteristics of the product, the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost.
2. The user
Access to, browsing and use of the Site grants the status of user (hereinafter, User or Users), and acceptance of all the Terms set out here is assumed from the start of browsing, as well as any subsequent amendments, without prejudice to the application of mandatory legal provisions as applicable.
The user assumes responsibility for proper use of the Site. This responsibility extends to:
- Using the Site only to make enquiries and purchases or acquisitions that are legally valid.
- Not making any false or fraudulent purchases. If it could reasonably be considered that a purchase of this nature has been made, it may be cancelled and the competent authorities will be informed.
- Providing truthful and lawful contact details (email address, postal address or other data).
The user declares that they are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts via the Site. They also understand that, for security reasons, OUTLET PC may unilaterally refuse an order, for example, orders placed with cards issued outside the EU or that have not passed 3DS validation.
The Site is intended for end consumers. OUTLET PC will not provide service to its competition: reseller companies, resellers, dropshippers or any entity competing with Outlet PC in any segment. OUTLET PC does not guarantee that the Site complies with the laws of other countries, in whole or in part. OUTLET PC disclaims any liability arising from such access and does not guarantee the availability of the service in all territories outside the European Union.
The user may, at their choice, formalise the sales contract for the desired products and/or services with OUTLET PC in any of the languages in which these Terms are available on the Site.
OUTLET PC reserves the right to accept a purchase in order to protect the integrity of its services and ensure a positive experience for all users. To this end, it reserves the right to block the account of users with a very high rate of opened incidents related to their purchases.
The user may request a review of their case by providing the necessary documentation or arguments so the decision can be reconsidered. OUTLET PC undertakes to examine the request and provide a decision within 10 business days.
The user’s account may be reactivated if, after review, it is determined that the opened incidents are not attributable to misuse of the service by the user or if the incidents have been resolved satisfactorily.
3. Purchase or acquisition process
Properly registered Users may purchase on the Site using the means and methods established. They must follow the online purchase and/or acquisition procedure on outlet-pc.fr, select the products and/or services, add them to the basket and, finally, click “PAY NOW”.
The user must enter and/or verify the requested information at each step. Before making payment, they may modify the purchase details.
After completing the purchase, the user will receive an email confirming that OUTLET PC has received their order (order confirmation). They will also be informed of the order status when the purchase has been dispatched. This information may also be available via the User’s personal area on the Site.
Once the purchase procedure has been completed, the user agrees that the Site will generate an electronic invoice, which will be sent by email and, where applicable, via the personal login area. If they wish, they may request a paper copy through the contact channels.
The user acknowledges that, at the time of purchase, they are informed of the specific conditions of sale for the product and/or service, shown with its presentation (e.g., name, price, components, weight, quantity, colour, details or features, delivery method and/or cost). Placing the order constitutes full acceptance of those specific conditions.
Communications, purchase orders and payments may be filed and retained in OUTLET PC’s computerised records as proof, in compliance with reasonable security conditions and the applicable regulations in force, in particular the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, as well as the rights provided for in the Site’s privacy policy.
4. Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and/or the absence of any circumstance or cause of force majeure (clause nine) affecting supply and/or the provision of services.
If there are supply difficulties or items are out of stock, OUTLET PC will contact the User and refund any amount paid. This will also apply if providing a service proves impossible.
5. Price and payment
The prices displayed on the Site are final, in euros (€), and include taxes, unless otherwise indicated due to a legal requirement (particularly regarding VAT).
Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be added to the total cost when selecting the delivery method. OUTLET PC ships via leading carriers, which may vary depending on the destination.
Under no circumstances will the Site automatically add additional costs, only those voluntarily and freely selected by the user.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which a confirmation has already been issued.
Accepted payment methods: Shopify Payments, credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
OUTLET PC uses measures to guarantee the confidentiality and security of payment data transmitted during transactions. The Site uses a secure SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment system.
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the issuing institution. If payment is not authorised, OUTLET PC will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and will not be able to formalise the contract.
Once the order is received, a pre-authorisation will be made on the card to ensure sufficient funds are available. The charge will be made when the User receives the dispatch confirmation and/or confirmation of the service provided.
6. Delivery
Where physical delivery is required, deliveries will be made within the following territory: Continental Europe (subject to availability indicated during the purchase process).
The exact delivery coverage, as well as timeframes and costs, are always shown before completing the purchase, depending on the destination, the carrier and the selected product.
Except in the event of unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, or product customisation, the order will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the Site according to the chosen shipping method and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the order confirmation.
If, for a reason attributable to OUTLET PC, the date cannot be met, the User will be contacted. They may set a new date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. Home deliveries are made on business days.
If delivery proves impossible due to the user’s absence, the order may be returned to the warehouse. The carrier will leave a notice indicating how to arrange a new delivery.
If the user is not at the delivery location within the agreed time slot, they must contact OUTLET PC to arrange another date.
If 30 days pass from when the order is available for delivery and it has not been delivered for a reason not attributable to OUTLET PC, it will be understood that the user wishes to withdraw from the contract and it will be considered terminated. As a result, the payments received will be refunded, except for any additional costs arising from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive option offered, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the termination.
The user should bear in mind that the transport resulting from the termination may entail an additional cost which may be charged to them.
For the purposes of these Terms, delivery will be deemed completed when the user or a designated third party takes material possession of the products, as evidenced by a receipt signature at the agreed address.
Risks relating to the products will be borne by the user from the moment of delivery. Ownership is acquired when OUTLET PC receives full payment (including delivery charges) or, where applicable, at the time of delivery if delivery takes place later.
Taxes: applicable taxes (including VAT, where applicable) will be calculated in accordance with the regulations in force depending on the destination of the order and the type of product/service. The total amount, including a breakdown where applicable, will always be shown before completing the purchase.
7. Technical means to correct errors
If the user detects an error when entering the data required to process their purchase, they may correct it by contacting OUTLET PC via the Site’s contact channels and/or the contact details indicated in clause 1. They may also, where applicable, amend information from their personal login area.
Before clicking “PAY NOW”, the user can review the basket and make changes. It is recommended to consult the Legal Notice and the General Terms and Conditions, and in particular the Privacy Policy, for more information on the right to rectification.
8. Returns
Where the user purchases products through the Site, they are entitled to a number of rights listed below.
Right of withdrawal
The user, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without having to provide a reason.
This period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the user (or an authorised third party other than the carrier) takes material possession of the goods. If the goods are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. In the case of a services contract, the period runs from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify OUTLET PC of their decision by opening a ticket from their profile or by using the withdrawal form made available.
The communication must clearly and unequivocally express the intention to withdraw. Use of the model form is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before it expires.
In the event of withdrawal, OUTLET PC will refund the payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive option offered), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which OUTLET PC was informed of the decision.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase and will not incur any additional fees. OUTLET PC may withhold the refund until it has received the products back or until proof of return has been provided (whichever occurs first).
Return address

Email: infoweb@outlet-pc.es
The return must be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which OUTLET PC was informed of the withdrawal.
The user bears the direct cost of the return (transport, delivery), if any, and will be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.
There are exceptions to the right of withdrawal (article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). By way of indication: personalised products; products that can deteriorate or expire quickly; CD/DVD and software, memory and computer components (graphics cards, hard drives, CPUs, motherboards) without their original packaging; sealed products for hygiene or health reasons that have been unsealed (kitchen utensils, paella pans, household goods in general); products in direct contact with the body (in-ear headphones, hair straighteners, epilators or personal care items); and fixed-installation products modified for installation (ovens, hobs, microwaves, washing machines).
For services, the right of withdrawal does not apply when the service has been fully performed, or when it has begun with the consumer and user’s express consent and with the acknowledgement that, once the contract has been performed by OUTLET PC, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond simply opening it, if it is not in the same condition as upon delivery, or if it has been damaged after delivery.
Products must be returned with their original packaging. For IT products, the operating system must be as received, respecting the original partitions and programs. Hard drives must be free of foreign content and any configuration. Instructions and documents must be returned, along with a copy of the purchase invoice.
Small products must be returned packaged in a similar way to how they were received, ensuring that their contents are not visible at first glance. Larger products must be shipped properly secured, closed and protected to prevent damage during transport.
OUTLET PC will not accept returns of products without their original packaging. In this case, the product must go through the manufacturer’s official technical service.
To withdraw, you must follow the steps indicated at the following link and, in the reason for return, state that you wish to return the product under the right of withdrawal: Technical support and issues
Return of defective products or shipping error
If, at the time of delivery, the product does not conform to what is stipulated in the contract or order (defect/error), the user must contact OUTLET PC immediately to report the non-conformity, using the same methods indicated above.
Instructions will be provided on how to proceed with the return. Once returned, the products will be examined and the User will be informed, within a reasonable time, whether a refund or, where applicable, a replacement is due.
The refund or replacement will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the date an email is sent confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is due.
The amount paid for products returned due to a real defect will be refunded in full, including delivery costs and return shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
In any event, the rights recognised under the applicable legislation for the user as a consumer and user will apply.
Warranties
The user benefits from warranties on products purchased through the Site under the legally established terms. OUTLET PC is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years from delivery of the product, according to the warranty offered by the brand, the manufacturer or OUTLET PC (check the point of sale where the product was purchased).
Products from clearance sales: 2-year warranty directly from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer is no longer operational, OUTLET PC will assume the product warranty.
Products with cosmetic defects, damaged packaging or refurbished: 1-year warranty. In some cases, a 2-year warranty is offered even if the product is refurbished.
Products are understood to conform to the contract when: they match the description provided by OUTLET PC and have the qualities presented; they are fit for ordinary uses; and they have the quality and performance normally expected. Otherwise, the user must proceed as indicated in “Return of defective products or shipping error”. Some products may have non-uniform characteristics due to manufacturing materials, which form part of their individual appearance and do not constitute a defect.

In general, OUTLET PC is not responsible for breaches or delays due to force majeure, including, by way of indication:

No waiver will take effect unless it is expressly stated and communicated in writing.
13. Severability
If any clause is declared null and void by a final decision of a competent authority, the remainder will remain in force.
14. Entire agreement
