Before placing the suture, ensure that the wound has stopped bleeding and remove any dirt and existing particles. Clean the skin at least 5 cm around the wound and dry it properly. Open the plastic envelope, take out the suture, and cut the end of the card. The sutures should be separated from the card at a 45-degree angle to prevent them from sticking to themselves. Apply half of a suture in the center of the wound and adhere it to the skin by pressing firmly. Accurately bring the two edges of the wound together. Press the other half of the suture firmly in place, being careful not to apply tension. Complete the closure of the wound by applying additional strips spaced approximately 2-3 mm apart to allow for exudate drainage. Press lightly in the center, alternatively separate each end from the skin to the wound. Remove it very gently.
