On the palate, it is fresh and sweet. • Pairing: Ideal for appetizers, salads, and oriental cuisine. • Serving temperature: 7-8°C • Vinification: Garnacha grapes from our estate in Ausejo and Tempranillo from Rioja Alavesa. Use of carbon dioxide to protect from oxidation and instant cooling. Production by bleeding the free-run juice and skin maceration. Fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperature for fresh strawberry aromas.
