• Format: 1500.00 ml • Alcohol content: 13.50% • Designation of Origin: Rioja. Grapes 70% Tempranillo and 30% Graciano. • Its first fermentation is done at a temperature of 26 degrees for each varietal separately. • It macerates for 20 days. • The second fermentation is done in underground tanks. • Aging is done in new French oak barrels and mixed wood with staves of the barrels interspersed for a period of 22 months. Once this time has passed, the two varieties are blended to form a single wine and a new aging of 6 months is done. • Bottle aging lasts a minimum of 18 months.
