• Sika Seal-183 is a polyurethane sealant ideal for facades and exterior floors. • Weather resistant: rain, frost, wind, hail. • Multi-purpose: suitable for mortar, concrete, brick, terracotta, stone, aluminum, steel, and treated woods. • Versatile: application in exterior joints repellent to air and water. • Consumption: a 300 ml cartridge allows the treatment of approx. 12 meters of joints (5 x 5 mm). • Surface preparation: must be cohesive, dry, and clean. • Use of Sika Primer if necessary. • Application with manual, pneumatic, or electric gun. • Smoothing with Sika Tooling Agent N or smoothing liquid. • Floor grouting: apply SikaPrimer-3N beforehand. • Drying: 15 days for frequent contact with liquid, 7 days for floor joints.
