Refurbished?

Our Staub products are completely new, never been used, and come with the same warranty as a new product. All refurbished products undergo a rigorous review process and demanding tests by the manufacturer.

In this case, during the manufacturing process, some imperfection has been detected that causes it not to pass the quality controls. It is functional, but simply does not meet the manufacturer's FIRST quality standards due to very minor imperfections.
